Altitude: 1.500-1.800meters above sea level

Variety: Arabica Tipica, Bourbon, Catimor

Harvest period: June - August

Classification: Strictly Hard Bean Grade 1 (0-15 defects)

A homogeneous coffee with SHB Grade 1 classification. It is characterized by medium acidity, medium body, smooth crema and noticeable sweet fruit notes.
